What is Rumble

In October 2013, Chris Pavlovski launched Rumble, a video-sharing platform designed to empower creators of all sizes and viewpoints, offering an alternative to the influencer-driven YouTube.

In September 2022, Rumble became a public company listed on NASDAQ after merging with an already listed company.

Rumble Copyright Policy
Rumble Terms and Conditions of Use and Agency Agreement state that the company prohibits copyright infringements of intellectual property rights on its platform. It sets to remove infringing content if properly notified that such content breaks another’s intellectual property rights.
To start a takedown process, Rumble requires an email sent to [email protected] with a signature, details of the copyrighted work, links to the infringing material, contact information, and a statement of good faith. One more thing is a declaration under penalty of perjury that your claim is accurate and authorized.
For ongoing requests, it’s possible to fast the processing by putting “ONGOING DMCA” in the subject line. False claims may result in liability, and the notice details may be shared or published.
